Terms of Service

These terms govern access to AdeptMedia ("the service"). By purchasing or using AdeptMedia you agree to these terms.

Service

AdeptMedia provides managed support inbox setup, agency retainers, and support operations sprints. Paid services begin after checkout confirmation and onboarding acceptance. Scope, schedule, and deliverables for each engagement are confirmed in writing during onboarding.

Acceptable use

Do not use the service for unlawful, abusive, fraudulent, or privacy-invasive activity, including any activity that violates the rights of third parties or applicable data-protection law.

Payment and refunds

Pricing is shown at checkout in US dollars. Setup work, delivered proof packs, and completed service periods may be non-refundable once work has started. See the Refund Policy for details.

Termination

Either party may end an engagement with written notice. Subscription cancellations stop future renewals and remain in effect until the end of the paid period.

Liability

AdeptMedia is provided as-is. To the maximum extent permitted by law, AdeptMedia's total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid in the three months before the claim.
