Refund Policy

Setup engagements
Setup work and one-time sprints (such as the Shared Inbox Setup and Support Ops Sprint) are refundable in full if requested within 7 days of purchase and before delivery has begun. After delivery has started, work delivered up to that point is non-refundable; remaining undelivered scope is refunded pro-rata.
Retainers and subscriptions
Subscription plans (such as the Agency Support Retainer) can be cancelled at any time from the Stripe Customer Portal link in your receipt. Cancellation stops future renewals; the current paid period continues until its end. Already-completed service periods are non-refundable.
How to request
Email support@adeptmedia.in with your purchase receipt and a short description. Refunds are returned to the original payment method within 10 business days of approval.
Exceptions
Charges flagged as fraudulent or unauthorized are refunded immediately on verification.
